2.77 lakh jobs in private sector
Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said on Friday that after providing more than 29,000 government jobs to the youth in the last one year, the state government will now ensure them 2.77 lakh jobs in the private sector. Releasing the video message, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said that it is a matter of great pride and satisfaction that the Aam Aadmi Party government has so far provided more than 29,000 jobs to the youth in various departments of the state government, which is a record because None of the previous governments have given so many jobs to the youth in their first year in office.
Private investment of about Rs 48,000 crore so far
Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said that along with government departments, efforts are being made to create employment in the private sector as well. He informed that about Rs 48,000 crore private investment has been made in the state so far. Due to this, 2.77 lakh jobs have been created for the youth. Reiterating his resolve, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said that providing employment to every youth of Punjab is his government’s priority and his government is leaving no stone unturned to fulfill this resolution.
