There is no dearth of talent in India! Aditya, Dhruv Shah, Mehul Borad, Raghav Goyal and Rhythm Kedia, who are participating in Physics Olympiad 2023, are proving this point! These Indian students have won 3 gold and 2 silver medals by performing brilliantly in this competition.
Aditya, Dhruv and Mehul won gold while Raghav and Rhythm won silver. This year’s Indian team was led by two leaders from India – Professor Arun V Kulkarni (Professor, BITS Pilani, Goa) and Dr. Shirish Pathare (Professor, Homi Bhabha Center for Science Education).
Apart from International Physics Olympiad (IPHO), India has also brought laurels in International Biology Olympiad (IBO) and International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO). Every student has achieved Gold Medal in IBO. This is the first time that India topped the medal table in IBO with a golden performance.
