Police on Friday arrested a man for trying to enter Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee’s house in Kolkata. It is being told that a person named Sheikh Noor Alam tried to enter the lane of the Chief Minister’s residence. Police said that apart from a weapon, a knife and banned substance, several ID cards of various agencies were also recovered from him. He was traveling in a car with a police sticker. The police, STF and Special Branch are investigating and interrogating the accused at a local police station, he said.
According to the information, the accused youth was waiting in front of Mamta Banerjee’s house this morning with a police sign car. The police stationed in security interrogated the suspect. Explain that the suspect has claimed himself to be an employee of IB. ID also shown. On the other hand, when that ID card is checked, it is found that it is fake. The rest of the policemen were also alerted. Everyone surrounded the car and caught hold of the young man.

According to police sources, senior officers from Lalbazar have reached Kalighat police station to interrogate the arrested person.
