Clash between Rajput and Gurjar community continues on Mihir Bhoj, many BJP members left the party

Haryana: The dispute between Rajput and Gurjar community in the name of Mihir Bhoj is gaining momentum. Due to lathi charge and tear gas on the people of Rajput community on Wednesday, the office bearers associated with BJP in the society resigned from various posts of the party. This collective resignation letter has been sent to State President Omprakash Dhankhar. On Saturday, the people of Rajput community will gather in Cheeka and make a new strategy. In the morning effigies were burnt at Cheeka’s Shaheed Udham Singh Chowk.

Kalayat Mandal President Mahipal Rana said that District President Ashok Gurjar is responsible for the whole episode. The party was paramount to him. Instead of the word Gurjar on the statue, they were constantly talking to the district president of the party to get Hindu Samrat written on it. The District President kept those people in the dark and by putting pressure on the administration, did not allow harmony in the matter. The District President told the Rajput community to find a solution to the matter in a respectable manner, then later played the role of humiliating the society.

State Vice President of Kisan Morcha Jaideep Rana said that the District President only served the interests of his society. On Thursday, under the protection of the administration, the District President took five people along with him to unveil the statue. Rana said that when the party organization knew about the matter and Minister Kanwarpal Gurjar was coming to unveil the statue. If the party organization wanted, it could have intervened and resolved the matter. Leaving the party has started from district Kaithal and now the office bearers of Rajput community will resign from their responsibilities from other districts of the state as well.
