CM Kejriwal lashed out at the Center, told the ordinance a conspiracy of BJP

The politics of the capital Delhi has heated up since the ordinance brought by the central government. Let us tell you that on May 11, the Supreme Court had ruled in favor of the Delhi government in the matter of posting and transfer of officers in the capital. A few days later, an ordinance was brought by the central government to overturn the decision of the Supreme Court. At the same time, a front has been opened against the Center on behalf of the Kejriwal government of Delhi. Had a press conference today i.e. on Tuesday (June 20). During this, CM Kejriwal fiercely surrounded the Modi government at the center. Targeting the central government on the issue of ordinance, he said that ‘through the ordinance, the central government has tried to capture the Delhi government after losing the elections three times in Delhi’.

CM Kejriwal told that ‘Many such provisions have been written inside the ordinance, through which an officer was placed above the minister and the chief minister. Now the minister will not work in the department, the officer will do. The cabinet will not work within the cabinet, the LG and the Chief Secretary will work. A chief secretary was made to sit on top of that. The CM said that an authority has been set up to say that two officers will be from the central government and the chief minister will be there. He said that in a way the central government wants to run the Delhi government through officers. The basic spirit of the constitution is that our country is a democracy. For the first time in the history of the world, the Bharatiya Janata Party has hatched such a conspiracy that now the officers will be above the elected government, because the central government has control over those officers.

During this, CM Kejriwal also shared the example. He told that ‘a file came to me 15 days ago, in that file he wanted to suspend an officer. I had a few questions after reading the file. CM told that I wrote on the file that these are my three-four clarifications and they should be answered. After that I will tell on which day the meeting will be held, at what time and where it will be held. I sent those questions in writing, that file did not return to me again. That file went directly to LG and it was written on that file that out of three members of the authority, two members have agreed, one member has not agreed, so approve it. The CM told that neither the file came to me while going up nor the file came to me while going down, then what is the need of the authority.

Chief Minister Kejriwal said that ‘we will take these things to the Supreme Court. We also have hope from the Supreme Court and hope from all parties that there will be relief in the Supreme Court as well and if the bill comes in the Parliament, we will not let it win.

Let us tell you that today i.e. on Tuesday (June 20) there was a meeting of the National Capital Civil Service Authority. Regarding this, CM Kejriwal told that ‘there was only one issue in today’s meeting that an officer had messed up in the forensic lab. It was a black and white issue, all three agreed on it.

Regarding the law and order situation in Delhi, CM Kejriwal said that ‘four murders took place in Delhi on Sunday. I keep meeting people, there is panic in the minds of people. Let us tell you that CM Kejriwal had also written a letter to Delhi’s LG VK Saxena on Tuesday regarding the deteriorating law and order situation in Delhi. Regarding the letter written to LG, CM Kejriwal said that ‘I have written in the letter that LG sir and Amit Shah ji should do something. He said that we have rectified all the areas we had. For the first time we got law and order in Punjab. Today Punjab comes in the top states of India in terms of law and order.
