Officials gave this information on Tuesday. US Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs Daniel Krittenbrink visited China on Monday. He is the most senior US official to visit China since tensions between the two countries shot down a Chinese spy balloon over the US in early February.
